Step 1: Selection of Premium Materials
We start by sourcing only premium-grade carton and sticker paper to ensure lasting quality and an impeccable finish:
- Standard Carton: High-density carton boards ranging from 200g to 400g for sturdy packaging solutions.
- Sticker Material: 80g high-quality sticker paper for smooth print results and reliable adhesion.
Step 2: Precision Cutting and Printing
2.1 - Cutting (Massicot): Precise cutting of all materials using a Massicot machine ensures clean edges and accurate dimensions.
2.2 - Offset Printing: High-resolution, full-color printing using offset technology, suitable for both carton and sticker materials.
Step 3: Die Cutting & Waste Removal
Post-printing, materials follow one of two paths based on type:
- Sticker Material: Processed with a Platine cutting machine for precision cutting and waste removal.
- Carton Material: Cut with a Cylindrique machine, perfect for thick, rigid cartons and complex shapes.
All waste is removed, leaving clean die-cut forms ready for assembly.
Step 4: Folding and Gluing
Final assembly of the cartons is performed using advanced machinery:
- Domino: A fast, accurate folding and gluing machine for standard cartons.
A durable, high-strength adhesive ensures that the cartons hold up during transport and handling.

Selection of Premium Materials
We begin with only the finest raw materials to guarantee strength, durability, and a flawless finish. High-density carton boards (200g–400g) provide robust packaging solutions, while 80g premium sticker paper ensures smooth printing and strong adhesion.
Precision Cutting & Printing
Using advanced technology, materials are cut with a Massicot machine for sharp edges and precise dimensions. They are then printed in full color with offset printing, delivering high-resolution, professional-quality results on both carton and sticker surfaces.
Laminating Phase
In this stage, cartons can be passed through a laminating machine, where a thin protective film is applied. This plastification not only enhances durability and resistance to moisture or scratches but also gives the surface a shiny, premium finish, making the packaging more attractive and long-lasting.
Die Cutting & Waste Removal
Printed sheets are processed according to their type. Stickers are die-cut with Platine machines, while cartons are shaped using Cylindrique machines for even the most complex designs. All waste is removed, leaving clean, perfectly cut forms ready for assembly.
Folding & Gluing
The final step transforms flat sheets into finished cartons. Using the Domino folding and gluing machine, cartons are assembled with speed and accuracy, ensuring sturdy, reliable packaging that is ready for use.
